Most Beach Hut Delis are 1600 to 2000 square feet and should include good size patios ideal for outdoor seating.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of your franchise will range from $228,495 to $545,915. That range includes the initial franchisee fee of $35,000. Also, an average of $20,000 to $25,000 is required for working capital in the initial three months of the business. There are a number of factors which can affect the timeline for opening your business, the biggest of which is locating a premier site. On average, it takes six to nine months from the date the franchise is awarded until your Beach Hut Deli is open for business. Construction can usually be completed about ninety days after the lease has been signed. Beach Hut Deli has a dedicated architect and general contractor that work together to build a restaurant that captures our beach culture for the customers and a user friendly work environment for our franchisee and employees
